Messages you send us
If you contact us by email or through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, selected topic, language, and message, as applicable. All form fields are required to handle your request. We use them to answer and manage your request, based on our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries, or to take steps at your request before a contract. Only authorized people and service providers needed to handle the message receive this information. Messages are retained for the time needed to resolve and follow up on the request, and longer only where a legal retention obligation or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims requires it.
Technical operation
Accessing the site involves technical information such as your IP address, requested page, browser, and connection time. Hosting providers may process it to deliver and secure the website. Our purpose is the reliable and secure operation of the site, based on legitimate interest. o2switch manages hosting logs and retains technical connection data for the periods required by its legal obligations. Its published data policy provides a one-year retention period for the relevant technical identification and traffic data.
Contact form security
The o2switch implementation uses server-side validation, a hidden trap field, session verification, and request limits. No external CAPTCHA service is loaded. A session cookie named pas-contact protects the form and expires when the browser session ends. Request-limit records contain keyed IP hashes and counters, with validity up to one hour; expired records are purged on the next request. They contain no message text. The form does not register you for marketing.
Language preference
The browser’s preferred languages are read locally to select English, French, Spanish, or German. A manual selection is stored on your device under pas-language for 180 days, with only the selected language and its expiration time. It is used solely to remember your display preference. You can change it with the language menu or remove it by clearing this site’s browser data.
Cookies and tracking
The presentation website does not include advertising pixels, audience analytics, third-party embeds, or a newsletter form. The language preference is a functional setting. The private preview platform may use its own access and authentication mechanisms, separate from the public landing page.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. The learning campus
Following a campus or external link takes you to another service. Account creation, enrollment, payment, and learning activity are outside this presentation website and must be covered by the information provided by the relevant service.
